I was fortunate to participate in Caro and Grecco's Heartfelt Sing-a-Long program this week. It was an amazing combination of positivity, peace, meditation, spirituality, strength, healing, and growth that stimulated all of my senses and left me as a better person. This would be a great program for groups of all sizes that are looking for a new experience and a different approach to group therapy, personal growth, and spiritual guidance.
