In 2006, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance at San Diego State University where she received the Outstanding Graduate Award and served as an Alumnus Artist-in-Residence. Leah came in, was immediately at ease with the audience, exchanging comments with several of the students. She would play a song or two- talk and entertain questions from the children, then play some more. The playing was spectacular, her presence, attitude and connectivity to the class was a complete treat for all.
