Dapper Dixie is a premiere Dixieland group in San Diego.  The group has a varied and collective background of many types of music including jazz, theatre, funk, soul, ska, brass band, Latin, reggae, classical, and many more.  Each member has had broad experience performing professionally around Southern California, as well as working with school music programs in San Diego and teaching privately.  The group's mission is to bring the joy and revival of good old fashioned American music.
