Jazz Guitarist Alex Ciavarelli is part of the Gypsy Jazz duo, Django Shredders, with whom he tours throughout California and Arizona.  Alex also performs frequently throughout Southern California at various venues including the U.S. Grant Hotel, The Cat Eye Club, Sycuan Casino, The Riviera, and The Handlery Hotel.  Alex has appeared as a featured guest artist at many events including the Coronado Concerts in the Park, Twilight Concerts in the Park at the Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park, and the Kyoto Prize Gala. While Alex is well-versed in all styles of Jazz and is recognized for his virtuoso improvisations, he is quite at home playing in various styles including Rock and Pop. He also regularly plays in San Diego with Jason and The Bullfighters, The SDSU Alumni Jazz Ensemble, and the Alex Ciavarelli Trio.
